Can I set up the page before the birth?

Yes, that's the whole idea! You set everything up during pregnancy. After the birth, you just fill in the last details and publish the page.

What can I add to my Birth Alert?

You can add baby details (name, date of birth, weight, length and photo), texts and poems, photos, family members with photo and personal message, a wishlist and a closing text. Everything except the baby details is optional — fields you leave empty simply won't be shown.

Can I add multiple babies?

Yes! For twins or multiples, each baby gets their own section with their own name, photo and details.

How does the wishlist work?

You can add a link to an external wishlist (e.g. lijstje.nl) with a short description. It shows as a separate section on your Birth Alert. Leave it empty and it won't be shown.

How do the themes work?

After creating an account, you can choose a theme. You can preview each theme with color swatches so you see exactly how it looks. You can switch themes at any time — your content stays the same.

Can I edit my Birth Alert after sharing it?

Yes, you can edit everything at any time. Changes are immediately visible. Handy for adding the final details after the birth, like the exact time, weight or photos.

How do I share my Birth Alert?

You get a personal link that you can share yourself — via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, text, email or wherever you like.

Is my Birth Alert private?

Yes, Birth Alerts are not indexed by search engines. Only people with the link can view your Birth Alert. You can also secure it with a password — it's included in all plans.

What's the difference between Public, Password and Private?

With Public, anyone with the link can view your Birth Alert. With Password, visitors need to enter a password first. With Private, only you can view the Birth Alert. Regardless of the setting, Birth Alerts are never indexed by search engines.
